International or long distance calls are not covered by this package. The participants have the permission of opening such accounts on their own. All the participants will be housed at one of the apartment communities in the area, which should not be further than half hour driving distance from the work location. Each apartment has a kitchen, full living room, one or two bathrooms, and one, two or three bedrooms. Each room has separate beds, and two or three people will share a bedroom. Male and female cohabitation is not encouraged. However, special circumstances may require that males and females share the same apartment, or even the same bedroom. The bedding and linens will not be provided for the apartments, and the participants will need to bring them from home or be prepared to purchase them upon arrival. The apartments are alcohol free. Most of the apartment communities also offer swimming pools, fitness center, Jacuzzi, and other recreational activities that may be available to the participants. The participants will be required to pay the security deposit of $550 at least 30 days before arrival. Not making this payment in time will lead to the cancelation of the program. After the participants start working, the housing cost will be deducted every week from their paychecks, starting with the first paycheck, until the end of the program. Should a payroll deduction for the housing not be able to be set-up, the participants will be required to pay for the housing individually each month in advance, starting with the first week after arrival. The official arrival date and first day of housing is March 31. The last day of housing is October 5th. All participants are obligated to pay for the housing until the end date of the contract (October 5th). Unauthorized early departures are not accepted and will conduct to the program termination and the forfeit of the Housing Deposit. If a participant needs to leave the program for any reason before completion, that participant is still responsible to paying for the housing until October 5th. The housing package cost may be subject to change, based on market conditions. The participants should bring with them or have access to enough finances in order to support all their expenses during the entire program, and they should not rely only on their paychecks.

Transportation: The participant is responsible to make it in time for work. Public transportation may not be available in the area. If available, public transportation may not be fully reliable and may run different than some participants may expect. There is a possibility that Sponsor will have to arrange charter transportation to and/or from work, which in this case will be mandatory for a fee that should not exceed 10% of the participant’s weekly minimum gross income. In this case, the charter transportation fee will be deducted from your paychecks as well, for the entire duration of your work contract.
