| Job Description: | Retail Sales Associate, marketing and sales director of operations. Will make sales, establish new contracts along with maintaining customer relations. Product and customer management, updating the customer management system with new contacts. Follow market and customer information and on this basis report on future buying trends. Managing and updating the client database and placing orders for merchandise needs. In the advanced phases, participants will learn about the recruiting and interviewing process for the new employees. | |

| Arrival Information: | Participants should arrive at the O’Hare - Chicago International Airport (ORD), then take a bus ride to the designated location (2-3 hours). Participants will be picked up by the employer representative and taken to the housing. | |
| Work Uniforms: | No Uniform restriction. As a sales person, participants should dress professionally to look very presentable to the customers. | |
| Housing: | Apartments with 1 or 2 bedroom, kitchen with fridge, microwave, oven and range, kitchen table and utensils, living room furniture, inflatable beds in the bedrooms. Might need to share the bedroom with a roommate, 2 people maximum in a room, same gender but each participant will have an individual bed. Price: $75/week, rent and all utilities included in this price. Internet cost is extra, usually $10/month if the apartment is suited with the internet connection. NO security deposit is needed. First rent will be deducted from the first paycheck so participants don’t need to pay any rent upfront. Participants are responsible for buying their own groceries.
